Welcome to The Bougie Picnic, presented by Lucas Blooms. By purchasing a ticket and attending our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Overview

The Bougie Picnic is a BYOE (Bring Your Own Everything), alcohol-free event designed for style, music, and community connection. All attendees are responsible for bringing their own seating, food, décor, and other personal items.

Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final. This is a rain or shine event — rain date TBA.
   
• Your ticket grants entry for the date and time specified.
   
• Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without prior approval from event organizers.
   

Entry Requirements

• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.
   
• All attendees must arrive within the first hour of the event (2PM–3PM) to set up or risk denied entry without refund.
   
• You must bring low-seating beach chairs or blankets. No camp chairs are allowed.
   

Rules & Restrictions

• No alcohol (per park policy).
   
• No tobacco (per park policy).
   
• No prohibited attire: jean shorts, overly worn sneakers, club-wear, baseball hats.
   
• Dress to impress — this is not a cook-out or camping event.
   
• You are responsible for cleaning up your area before leaving.
   

Personal Belongings

The event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photography & Media Release

By attending, you consent to be photographed and recorded. Images and videos may be used by Lucas Blooms for promotional purposes only, without compensation.

Safety & Conduct

• Respect fellow attendees, staff, and performers.
   
• Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
   

Changes to the Event

Lucas Blooms reserves the right to modify the event schedule, location, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances.
